PEER REVIEW POLICY
Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat dan Inovasi (JPMI) maintains the quality of published articles through a rigorous and transparent peer-review process.
1. Double-Blind Review
JPMI applies a Double-Blind Peer Review system, where the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure an objective evaluation.
2. Initial Screening
All submitted manuscripts are screened by the Editorial Team to evaluate:
a. Suitability with the journal's scope;
b. Compliance with author guidelines; and
c. Originality (maximum similarity index of 20%).
3. Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The review focuses on:

Originality;

Methodology;
-
Relevance to community service and innovation; and

Academic quality.
4. Editorial Decision
Based on reviewers' recommendations, the Editor may:

Accept the manuscript;

Request minor or major revisions; or

Reject the manuscript.
5. Final Decision
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the final decision regarding publication.
6. Ethics and Confidentiality
Reviewers must maintain confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest, and provide objective and constructive feedback.
